Updated: December 2020 - Essential Travel Only

As you know, these are unique times for all of us.  Your safety, the safety of our staff, and the health and safety of our community is very important to us. We continue to implement processes and procedures to ensure your stay with us is both safe and flexible as regulations around COVID-19 continue to change.

Prior to Booking: Please make sure you are eligible to travel to our hotel as local, county, state, and country regulations may differ.

Flexible Direct Hotel Bookings: All reservations made directly with the hotel prior to December 31, 2020, may be changed or canceled without penalty, 24 hours prior to your arrival date. This includes non-refundable rates as well.  Any reservations made directly with the hotel after December 31, 2020, will be subject to our normal cancellation policies.

Upon Arrival: When checking in our guests will be required to sign a waiver confirming that you are in good health, have not been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, and agree to comply with social distancing and health guidelines during your stay.

We kindly ask that you please contact us to modify your stay prior to check-in, if you are experiencing symptoms or have been in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19. If you are unsure, please visit the CDC website for more information.

Safety Guidelines: Per local, county and state guidelines, guests are required to wear their face masks upon check-in and while in the presence of others. If you do not have one, the staff will provide you with a mask.

Social Distancing: We kindly ask our guests to adhere to social distancing guidelines and maintain a distance of 6-feet between other guests. We have adjusted our common areas and have trained our staff on the importance of maintaining social distancing. For more information, feel free to visit the CDC website for more information.

Cleaning and Sanitation: In an effort to demonstrate our commitment to safety, we took the "Safer Together Greater Together" pledge that many Palm Springs area businesses have taken.  What this means is we've added enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures and will continue to modify those as we receive new information from WHO, CDC, federal, state, county, and local health officials.

Housekeeping: For your safety and the safety of our staff, we will not enter your room during your stay unless it is specifically requested. We ask our guests to leave your towels in the plastic bag provided to you in the room outside your door. We will provide you with fresh towels and toilet paper upon request and will leave those items outside your room.

Additional Note: The staff reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason, at any time. A full refund will be issued if you are asked to leave the property.
